Eaton Designates VSE Aviation as First Authorized Service Center in the Americas
VSE Aviation, a subsidiary of VSE Corporation, has entered into a landmark five-year authorized service center agreement with Eaton, establishing itself as Eaton’s first authorized service center across North and South America. This collaboration marks a significant development for both companies, enabling VSE Aviation to provide aftermarket maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for Eaton’s hydraulic products throughout the Americas.
Expanding Aftermarket Capabilities
Under the terms of the agreement, VSE Aviation is authorized to perform MRO services on hydraulic pump products manufactured at Eaton’s Fuel & Motion Control facilities located in Jackson, Mississippi, and Bedhampton, United Kingdom. This strategic partnership is expected to enhance Eaton’s aftermarket repair capabilities and improve customer support for its hydraulic product lines in the region. John Cuomo, President and CEO of VSE, highlighted that the agreement strengthens Eaton’s customer support network by enabling the delivery of cost-effective, high-quality, and rapid MRO services to commercial aftermarket customers. He further noted that the partnership reinforces VSE’s role as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partner, assisting OEMs in serving end-users while protecting and monetizing their aftermarket business.
Garry Snow, Chief Growth Officer of VSE, expressed pride in being selected as Eaton’s first authorized service center in the Americas. He described the partnership as a reflection of VSE’s market-leading technical expertise, commitment to innovative aftermarket solutions, and ability to generate value for both OEMs and their customers.

The collaboration builds upon a longstanding relationship between VSE Aviation and Eaton, particularly in the distribution of small turbine engine fuel pumps for engines such as the Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6, JT15D, PW901A APU, and Rolls-Royce M250. As a key distributor of Eaton’s hydraulic products, VSE Aviation aims to leverage this expanded partnership to broaden its service offerings and deepen its presence within the aerospace sector.
