Expanding Opportunities in Aviation Since its launch, the Reach for the Sky Challenge Fund has invested over £3 million, backing 46 organisations and reaching more than one million young people through mentoring, careers events, STEM activities, and interactive learning programmes. The latest funding announcement follows the Farnborough International Airshow, where government officials highlighted that new investments secured at the event are expected to generate a significant number of highly skilled jobs across the UK aviation industry.
