The Airbus A330-300 landed safely and was met by ARFF [Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting]. Customers, including 272 passengers and 14 crew members, were transported by bus to the terminal.”

Desmond Spencer, a passenger aboard the flight, recounted on social media that the engine caught fire immediately after rotation, accompanied by loud bangs and visible flames. Despite the distress, all passengers and crew disembarked without injury.
