Executive Fliteways Acquires First Challenger 350
Executive Fliteways (XFL), based in Islip, has announced the addition of its first Challenger 350 to the charter fleet. The nine-year-old Bombardier business jet, registered as N599JF (msn 20632), is configured to accommodate up to eight passengers. The acquisition was revealed through the company’s social media channels.
The aircraft began operating under the XFL code on May 28, initially flying routes from Fort Lauderdale Executive to Tampa International, then onward to Bedford, Massachusetts, before settling at its base in Islip as of April 8. Prior to joining Executive Fliteways, the Challenger 350 was used for private operations within the United States.
Expanding a Diverse Charter Fleet
The Challenger 350 enhances Executive Fliteways’ already extensive Part 135 fleet, which features a broad range of business jets and turboprops. The fleet includes a Learjet 60SE, Falcon 50EX, Falcon 7X, two Phenom 300Es (with one added this year), a Praetor 600, Legacy 600 and 650 models, a G280, two Gulfstream Vs (GVs), four Gulfstream G550s (two of which were added in 2025), and two Pilatus PC-12s, including a recently acquired unit.
In addition to these aircraft, Executive Fliteways operates another Gulfstream V under the certificate of ExcelAire (XLS), a Part 135-certified operator based in Islip that the company acquired in 2023. This acquisition further strengthens Executive Fliteways’ position in the competitive charter market.
