Textron Inc. has announced that Brian Rohloff will assume the role of President and CEO of its Textron Aviation division, effective August 31, 2026. Leadership Experience and Background
Rohloff brings extensive experience from within Textron Aviation, having held a variety of senior leadership positions across customer support, sales, supply chain, and quality management. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Customer Support, where he was responsible for overseeing global operations. Maintaining the company’s competitive position in a market increasingly dominated by major players such as Boeing and Airbus will be a key focus. Additionally, the company must navigate evolving regulatory frameworks within the aviation industry while balancing growth ambitions with operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
