A tragic aviation accident occurred in Louisville, Kentucky, when a UPS cargo plane crashed shortly after takeoff, resulting in the deaths of all 15 individuals on board. Recently released footage from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) reveals the left engine of the aircraft detaching mid-flight just moments before the fatal crash in November 2025.

The video, which has garnered significant attention, shows the left engine of the MD-11 cargo plane breaking away from the wing shortly after departure. The loss of the engine caused the aircraft to lose stability rapidly, leading to a swift descent and subsequent crash.
