Anthony Banome Named President of FlyHouse Solutions

Anthony Banome Appointed President of FlyHouse Solutions
FlyHouse has announced the appointment of Anthony Banome as president of its infrastructure division, FlyHouse Solutions. This strategic move aims to consolidate the company’s diverse aviation services—including fuel, maintenance, ground operations, safety, training, financing, and aircraft sales—under a unified leadership structure. In his new capacity, Banome will be responsible for overseeing revenue strategy and enhancing partner integration, collaborating closely with FlyHouse’s executive team to realize the company’s vision of a more interconnected private aviation ecosystem.
Leadership and Industry Expertise
Jack E Lambert Jr, CEO of FlyHouse, emphasized the significance of Banome’s appointment, stating, “Private aviation has needed a real infrastructure layer for a long time, and FlyHouse Solutions is our answer. Anthony is one of the rare leaders who deeply understands its operational realities. He brings exactly the kind of thinking we need to build the most seamless, connected model in private aviation for travellers, owners and operators alike.”
Banome brings over twenty years of experience in private aviation, having spearheaded growth initiatives at prominent fixed-base operators in New York and Miami, including Meridian Teterboro and Fontainebleau Aviation. His expertise spans corporate strategy, analytics, and relationship-driven programs. Prior to joining FlyHouse, he served as chief revenue officer at Unique II Worldwide. Beyond his professional achievements, Banome is actively engaged in philanthropy, co-founding and serving as treasurer of Humble Heroes of FDNY and acting as an ambassador for the Corporate Angel Network.
Reflecting on his new role, Banome remarked, “Very few companies in aviation are positioned the way FlyHouse is today. The infrastructure, leadership and long-term vision are already here. I’m excited to help build on that momentum and scale what comes next.”
Navigating a Complex and Competitive Landscape
Banome assumes leadership amid increasing competition and complexity within the aviation services sector. FlyHouse Solutions is currently expanding its operations, highlighted by the recent acquisition of Dallas-based JetsMRO, an FAA Part 145-certified maintenance, repair, and overhaul provider. This growth trajectory brings heightened regulatory scrutiny and requires the company to navigate a market influenced by private equity-backed firms and large national players.
The sector’s competitive dynamics are underscored by companies such as Omnicell, which have demonstrated the critical importance of strategic research and market adaptation to maintain efficiency and competitive advantage. Additionally, market volatility and evolving legislative frameworks demand agile leadership capable of fostering innovation while ensuring compliance.
Industry analysts observe that leadership changes across the sector, including Scott Drennan’s recent appointment at Otto Aerospace to advance the Phantom 3500 project, often signal broader efforts to drive transformation and capture market share. For Banome and FlyHouse Solutions, the immediate focus will be on leveraging existing infrastructure and strategic acquisitions to consolidate their presence in key markets such as Texas and Florida, two of the most active regions for business aviation in the United States.
As FlyHouse Solutions continues to integrate its services and broaden its reach, Banome’s leadership will be pivotal in guiding the company through a rapidly evolving and competitive environment.
