He highlighted that previous attempts by manufacturers like Boeing to establish similar facilities faltered due to Nigeria’s inadequate infrastructure, particularly unreliable power supply, which is crucial for cost-effective maintenance operations. Prospects and Strategic Focus Given these obstacles, some analysts suggest that Airbus may prioritize training, sales, and marketing activities in Nigeria rather than establishing full-scale maintenance operations in the near future.
