SR Technics Appoints XiaoLi Guo to Expanded Role

SR Technics Expands Leadership Team with XiaoLi Guo’s New Role
SR Technics has announced the appointment of Deputy Chief Executive Officer XiaoLei (Kevin) Guo as Chief Information Officer, effective August 1, 2026. In this expanded capacity, Guo will take charge of the company’s IT organisation while continuing to fulfil his existing executive responsibilities.
Extensive Experience and Strategic Vision
Guo joined SR Technics in 2025, bringing with him over two decades of leadership experience in the aerospace sector. Before his tenure at SR Technics, he held the position of Vice President at HNA Aviation Technic (HNAT), where he oversaw technical services, production planning, aircraft painting, and information technology. His broad expertise positions him well to lead the company’s IT strategy, particularly in areas such as digitalisation and artificial intelligence.
As Chief Information Officer, Guo will spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance through high-quality IT services. This focus aligns with SR Technics’ broader objective to accelerate its digital transformation and reinforce its competitive standing in the high-speed datacom optical interconnect solutions market, where it already commands a significant share.
Challenges and Strategic Outlook
While the company pursues international expansion under Guo’s leadership, it faces several challenges. Successfully navigating new market dynamics, adapting to diverse customer preferences, and establishing robust sales infrastructure in unfamiliar regions will be essential to sustaining growth. Additionally, these strategic moves may prompt competitors to intensify their technological innovation and diversify their product portfolios.
Despite these hurdles, SR Technics remains committed to leveraging Guo’s extensive industry knowledge to drive innovation and uphold its leadership position in a rapidly evolving aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul landscape.
